International Brass Festival
The Brass Festival in Merano has been attracting numerous brass fans for several years. As in other years, this year world-renowned brass musicians will also be coming to Merano to participate at this unique cultural event.

On October 7th, a top-class ensemble will perform in the Kurhaus: SUPERBRASS from London, founded in 2005. The ensemble consists of brass players and percussionists who are members of major London orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Ensemble Pro Brass unites brass players from Austria and Germany in the following line up: 5 trumpets, 4 trombones, 2 horns, tuba, percussion, drums and piano.
On Saturday, October 14th, the ensemble will perform in the Kursaal in their last programme called "Nie wieder PRO BRASS" by Alfred Lauss-Linhart.
