The scent of tradition
For two days, you’ll enjoy a rich program featuring live music, market stalls, and unmissable tasting tours. Delight in a wide range of speck-based specialties, perfectly paired with local cheeses and South Tyrolean wines—a true gourmet journey.
Discovering farms and producers
During the festival, guided excursions to traditional farms (masi) offer the chance to meet local producers and learn about their history, craftsmanship, and passion. It’s a unique opportunity to dive into the world of speck and experience South Tyrolean authenticity firsthand.
