Merano Music Festival 2026
Once again this year, Merano will be enchanted by the unforgettable Merano Music Festival during the warmest and most picturesque months of the year.
From August 20 to September 22, music will accompany Merano’s evenings for five weeks – in a setting full of beauty, history and special atmosphere. The sounds of internationally renowned musicians will fill the heart of the city, creating impressive moments evening after evening.
The Kursaal of Merano, the landmark and central venue of the event, becomes a meeting place for art, tradition and festive atmosphere – accompanied by the gentle flow of the Passer River. A place where harmony meets elegance.
Over the years, the festival has welcomed many great names from the international music scene: artists, orchestras and soloists from cities such as Warsaw, Paris, London and Saint Petersburg.
The 2026 programme promises a varied musical experience:
- Classical music
- Baroque music and Romanticism
- Colours of Music: jazz, folk, klezmer, tango, gospel and crossover
- Chamber music
- Vox humana and vocal music
In addition to the Kursaal, other special venues such as the Pavillon des Fleurs, the Puccini Theatre, churches and castles also provide the setting for unforgettable concert evenings – an experience for both eyes and ears.
