Biathlon World Cup Anterselva

The Biathlon World Cup, an international competition that combines precision rifle shooting with cross-country skiing, takes place each year in the breathtaking setting of the Anterselva Valley.

In 2026, the World Cup event will pause to make way for the Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina, held from 6 to 22 February. During the Games, Anterselva will host the Olympic biathlon races from 8 to 22 February 2026—a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity not to be missed!

But from 14 to 17 January 2027, the excitement returns: the world’s best biathletes will once again compete in the IBU World Cup Biathlon, delivering four days of adrenaline-pumping action at the iconic Südtirol Arena Alto Adige in Anterselva.

A thrilling race program will be paired with lively entertainment both inside the stadium and in the adjacent tent area. Local bands will create a festive and energetic atmosphere with music and performances.

In the grandstand area, spectators can also enjoy refreshments at the Südtirol Home, a wooden chalet by Rubner Haus, originally built near the Medal Plaza for the 2020 edition.

Are you ready to experience the excitement of Anterselva’s international biathlon event? Get ready for an unforgettable blend of elite sport and the natural beauty of the Dolomites—a celebration of adrenaline, competition, and alpine charm.
