The tranquil "Naturoase Schwemmerhof" located at 1560 m above sea level, above the picturesque village of St. Nikolaus, is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks through meadows and forests, adventurous hikes, and mountain tours for every level of ability. Enjoy the magnificent natural landscape in the Schwemmalm hiking area and the Stelvio National Park. Enchanting alpine pastures invite you to stop for a cozy break. In winter, head to the magnificent slopes of the nearby Schwemmalm ski area (1.5 km). There's no ski circuit there, but it is a manageable ski area with always perfectly groomed slopes, where even national teams come to train.

In the morning, a good breakfast awaits you in the bright dining room or, in summer, on the sunny balcony. Enjoy good and healthy food from our rich and hearty breakfast buffet. Four times a week, we serve the evening menu. Dinner always begins with a colorful and varied salad buffet. The meat comes from our own animals on our small farm in the neighboring village. Many salads and vegetables, herbs, and berries come from Maria's organic garden.
